A way to instantly feel some relief is to clean off your kitchen counters.
Did you ever notice the feeling you get when you put things away- when there is a sense of space and dare I say, airiness, to your surroundings.
If you take a few minutes each day, and put things away, your space just feels better.
Think about the things that sit on your kitchen counters and where they could fit (nicely) alternatively in your cabinets or drawers.
If you need to put things on your counter, see if they can live in something that can contain it, a bowl, for instance.
